Our Product:
。Shop photos and logo
We are guaranteed all photos are taken by ourselves that customers can assure to buy.
Because too many copiers that why we will put the water logo, shop logo or our website link on the photos. We just offer our reseller to use our photos. Please do not copy and use our photos without our agreement.
According to the problems of copier , please look before you leap!!
**Each product you received must have a tag on and it same likes the following photo we shown. Each tag has our shop name and contact info.

FM-Anime's photos are 100% same as the products you buy and allowed to use by photographers or cosplayers. If any people spreadingthe false rumorsdeliberately and make FM-Anime and our customers affected. FM-Anime must look into the responsibilities definitely.
。Cosplay Costume
Our cosplay costumes all are custom made , that means not good in stock. We will follow customers own size to make and sure fit size for you if your measurement is right.
Process: Drawing > Paper > Pattern > Cutting > Sewing > Gather up > Packing
We will use high quality material.
NOT save materials , NOT save the cost , NOT attention to weight...... that hope can make the best effect of the costume.

。Cosplay Shoes / Boots
Our makers have skilled manual , usually 5-10 days can finish and send out. About the quality and the price , we can only can say Prefect , Prefect and Prefect.
。Cosplay Wig
Wigs are made of 100% Generation of high-quality high-temperature or The Best Japanese Kanekalon Fiber and use high permeability hair net , can be adjust according to personal head circumference. The high-temperature wig can be marcelled or straightened under 200℃.
Wigs can be slightly attrition during shipping. You can use water and steel comb to restyle it easily. We will use card board to cover around the wigs. Hope minimizes the damage. Accept change color , make 2-3 tones colors , highlight color , order make.

。Why we only accept Paypal for our main payapl methods?

。What can I do if I supply the wrong information like size and mailing address?
We’ll start to make your costume and shoes within 2 days. Once the project starts , the size can’t change any more. If you realize the size is wrong , please contact us as soon as possible. For the mailing address , please send us your order number , the new address to elf-moon@hotmail.com.hk , our staff will update the information.
Shipping & Discount:
。What are your shipping costs?
We will ship by Hong Kong Post which will take about 7-12 business days for the package travel from our office to your mailing address. Some countries may need much time.
。Handling time
All product wrote down clearly of the handling time in description , please estimate time/days (handling time + shipping time) by yourself.
How to calculate handling time?
5 Business days = 1 week
15 Business days = 3 weeks
20 Business days = 1 month
etc......
Sample: 「Handling Time: 20-30 Business days」(<<< This only for our maker handling , NOT including shipping.)
That this products need 4-6 weeks to make.
About the (urgent) order:
If you want to receive the package shorter then our handling time , we suggest customers can email us ask for upgrade shipping fee (EMS) or check enough time to make or not.
We hope you can write down an arrival date for us that we can have enough time for preparing and try to finish in time. ^^

STANDARD RATE SHIPPING:
It will take around 7-10 business days for deilvery , it depends on your location and customs policy.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
It will take around 3-5 days for delivery , so please make sure to pay for the items and tell us the measurements asap after the bids end.
。How to combine shipping?
Because the problems of Paypal setting , that we can not change the shipping fee in E-SHOP.

Step 2: We will refund the discount of combine shipping fee for you in Paypal in 12 hours.
。How to calculate the combine shipping?
We will select the heaviest shipping as the basic shipping fee.

FM-Anime has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. If you need a low value invoice with the package , please let me know the value you want to write into the form.
Cancellation & Returns:
。Can I cancel my order?
We don’t want our customers to cancel order that please careful to make your order^^ I'll try to handle refund / change requests on a case-by-case basis. So please email and ask me in advance.
(For example , if I haven't started your order , you'll get more chances to get 80% refund and change size info.)
Since it's an order-made item , once I process your order , refund and change are impossible.
。Can I send it back for exchange if I receive wrong items?
Sure. Please send us back photos of the wrong items you received , We will check and send you email for exchange in 6-24 hours.
。Returns & Refunds
We will offer 100% refund if they products wrong or sent by mistake. Please email me(including photos of what wrong) immediately. We will check and reply you In 6-24hours then will tell you how to returns. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving our confirm return email and provide us tracking no.
We will refund you when I received the staff.

。Who response for the returns shipping fee?
1. Customers must be returns full packages to us , even tag , gift ...... etc.
2. Products must be intact.
。Cancellation
We accept 100% refund when the product has quality problems or any unexpected mistakes. However the buyers are requested to send the product back to our office.
。Non-Responsibity
** We check the item and make sure that they are in perfect condition before the shipment.
1. The item are not well-fitting caused by wrong measurements from you. (You can return it back , but need to pay extra for exchange and shipping.)
2. The item is returned back to us caused by wrong or incomplete address.
(You need to pay for shipping again and we will be always very willing to send it to your correct address again.)

As the shortage of FM-Anime and environmental protection , we are sorry that can not provide invoice for each customer.
How you can get the invoice?

Important: We hope customers avoid paying the tax for custom , we special provided "Low value invoice". That you will receive 2 invoices , the actual invoice in package is a standard.

。Where can I can find the tracking no.?
We’ll email you after we send out the package. If you still not receive our email , you can login to your account and check.
。Is all products are goods in stock? How long time we can send out after my order confirm?
Our products are no goods in stock except wigs or specified. Please read clearly of the handling time (Business days) before order. Please contact FM-Anime to confirm the handling time before order if need the products urgent.
。Why I still not received the items?
A1: If the order status is "Processing"...
(1) Please don’t worry.
That means we are handling your order , usually are arranging the order into our schedule or still making.
(2) If your order handling time (business days) over the days we shown in our site , please contact us to check the process.

(3) If your orders haven’t received the tracking no in 45 business days , please contact us ASAP and double check have you provide measurements or not.

(4) That means your order had been sent out.
We will email out a confirmation mail with tracking no. in same day.
Notice:
Base on different countries / post offices / custom , we can not control the handling time of post office , usually can reach in 7-30 days (you should received in 14 days normally).
*May delay in public holiday.

(5) If you received the confirmation letter with tracking no. over a month and still not received the package , please visit to post office website (http://www.hongkongpost.com/eng/index.htm) and check the process of tracking no.. (6) Your order may send us back base on many reasons , like: Unclaimed , wrong address ......
We will email and change your order status to ‘Returned packet’ if your order send us back as the same time.

**We will email you (Paypal address) when we received the return packages. All return packages will throw away or go all FM-Anime after three months nobody unclaimed and contact us.
