The dress fit perfectly to my custom sizing & even came with a waist belt to give it a fitted look to the bust. I was worried that the hat wouldn't fit since I have a large head, but the hat actually has elastic inside so it's perfect even with the wig on. The ears came with two clips attached to each, though the ears were a little awkward to place under the hat without numerous attempts at readjusting, which isn't a big deal. The tails were already attached to the dress which is extremely convenient and they even have wiring inside so you can bend them in any shape. The downside to the tails is they don't come with white tips & since both the tails aren't attached at the center they fall kinda limp and overlap. Though I had two small issues, the hat & quality of the dress with the tails attached & flexible really makes up for it. Definitely worth the price since the tails & ears are included as well as the adjustable hat :^)
