Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees will be calculated at check out after selecting your delivery address. We have the combine shipping discount of the shipping fee is over US$30.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified a tracking number via email, please do not be hesitated to contact us if you have any questions regarding your shipments.
***Due to COVID-19, in some countries deliveries will be made contactless, therefore Processing and delivery information of mail may not update after left for Hong Kong.
We ship most of our orders by Hong Kong Post, except larger parcels. For parcels in a larger size or express shipment, we will ship them by other shipping carriers. Details of the shipping carrier and tracking number, please login to your account.
．Standard Shipping (Specified shipping method)
Items are shipped to customers by e-express or registered air-mail. It usually takes 7 – 10 business days (about two weeks) for delivery depending on the location and customs policy.
．Express Shipping (Need to contact us to upgrade)
Customers can request express shipping. Items are shipped to customers by Express Mail Service (EMS) / UPS / DHL / Aramex etc. Extra cost is needed for this service. It usually takes 2 - 7 business days (within a week) for delivery. Please contact us if need this service.
***Due to the current situation, international shipping may be affected by delays and further restrictions as international governments introduced drastic measures. Please note that delivery delays to other countries may occur.
Collection of Mail
The postman will deliver each registered mail item door-to-door once. The addressee has to present his / her identity card and sign the receipts. If the postman is unable to deliver the item on that occasion, a notification card will be left, and the addressee can collect the mail from the designated post office with the card and his / her identity card. For registered mail to a PO Box, a notification card will be put into the box. The holder of the PO box can collect the mail at the post office counter with the notification card and his / her identity card.

FM-Anime has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. If you need a low value invoice with the package, please let us know the value you want to write into the form.
